Magtubig nalang ang tao, yun nalang yata natitirang hindi masama eh hahaha!
Pero may nakuha akong listahan dati ng mga masasama sa katawan natin na galing intercon binondo, tubig lang yata talaga ang wala dun

Everything na sobra is masama, even water. Dapat moderate lang ang pag-consume ng mga pagkain para hindi ito makasama.

Reading the studdy, Omega-3 yung culprit, and they don't know what levels are dangerous. They don't know if it's from fish or from excessive Omega-3 supplements. (wouldn't surprise me if it were supplements)
Kung ganyan, fatty fish lang naman yung problema. So, no Gindara or Sea Bass... and don't eat too much belly meat... problem solved?
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
