Hi All!
How is everyone? Well, the day of hearts is fast approaching and I have yet to book a nice resto where I can bring my girl.
Can you guys recommend any? My mind's holy blank right now.
I tried making a list, here's what I got so far:
- Galileo Enoteca
- Apartment 1B
- Je Suis Gourmand
- Mezzaluna
- Cav Wine Shop-Café
- Gaudi
- L'Incontro
- Pepato
What do you guys and gals think? Given the options, can you give feedback on these places and possibly other options?
Thanks.
I'd really appreciate the assistance!
Hope to hear from y'all soon!

I'd stay away from GB and Bonifacio High since it would be too crowded already so that would take Pepato, Gaudi, Mezzaluna and Cav off the list. I do love Pepato though it's like everything in their menu is good. heehee. I think Apt 1b is too informal for a Valentine's day date. L'incontro is nice but I am not impressed with their food.
I would choose between Galileo Enoteca and JSG. I was really planning on taking my Mom to JSG as my Vday treat to her so I'll choose JSG.
Have you considered le Souffle, Aubergine, Lolo Dad's and Elbert's? I've never been to Elbert's but I read somewhere that they have a vday offer for 4,500 per head ata. If my BF took me there, nothing could ever wipe the smile off my face for a week siguro. hahaha.

This might sound cheap or romantic...
If you have access to a nice roofdeck of a condo or building, why not make a picnic dinner for two there with the view of the city around the two of you? Having a canopy of stars to dine under is a nice change from the usual. For music, I think a handy MP3 player with instrumental romantic songs and portable battery operated speakers would be handy.

Actually ganyan ang gagawin ko sa Valentines Day with my mom! (hehehe) Yung day before that kase ang date namin ni Hubby!
We will just buy good rib-eye steaks from Santis to be cooked at home and some nice veggies for our salad then I will bake my special cake for dessert.
You don't have to spend so much diba? Very practical and very romantic!
