Herbal or food supplement, mayroon ba kayong alam?

Anyway, mayron akong ACID INDIGESTION lalo na after having shot or two with friends. minsan kahit simpleng softdrink lang ay buong araw na akong hirap and i have to take RANITIDINE 150mg(supermahal ito dati). epektibo sa akin ito.

Lately i came across this herb na SERPENTINA daw ito. dalawang dahon to be taken every day as a tea.

Pero ako, dinudurog ko ito sa kutsara then, isubo sabay inom ang tubig enough amout na di malasahan ang super pait.. talaga po namang napaka-pait ng dahon na ito.

inirikomenda sa akin ito not sa acid indigestion kundi dahil sa kidney, puso,.. etc..etc .. disease cure.. but i notice na i have no problem with acids mula noon. kahit na i had much amount of alcohol a night before.
