I have stopped taking vitamins and/or supplements for more than 6 months already. Wala naman nagbago sa health ko. Read somewhere na with the regular food in our meals, we really don't need more of the vitamins and minerals that the food provides. Unless may condition tayo that causes our body to be deficient in one or more of the vitamins and minerals. Tinatapon lang ng katawan natin mga sobra, sayang lang pera.

the person would be taking several health supplements, but he never visited a doctor.
he apparently looked healthy enough.
then one day, he got seriously sick, necessitating hospitalization.
