No don't!!! Bad trip talaga! Harang sa pera. Not worth your money. Mas maganda pang magluto ka sa bahay ninyo. Kung gusto mong mabusog kumain ka somewhere else na hindi mahal. Binabayaran mo dito ay iyong dami ng servings pero iyong quality ng lasa palpak!

Found out for myself. Yeah you were right. The tapa really isn't anything special - it's really oily and tastes more like tocino than tapa. Only real upside to it is the baked garlic bits. That's just my opinion. I'm a little bit incredulous at how the tapa is one of their top sellers - do Pinoys like their tapa oily and heavy on the palate?
Tried the Spanish omelette too. The meat was underwhelming but everything else was pretty good - especially the potatoes.
Definitely not going back here for tapa - I'm going to the Flower Group place for that.
I'll try their chili next time and see if it's any good.

My girlfriend recently brought home one of their dishes. I think it was a bacon and eggs with American-style biscuits and potatoes. This one I liked better than the sorry excuse for tapa that they claim is a best-seller. The bacon was unusually thick, although a bit fatty, but their biscuits and potatoes are what make that dish.
It might be a little too dry for Pinoy palates who tend to like sauce with everything, but if you like US-style breakfast I'd recommend that.
