Brothers Burgers at Marquee Mall Pampanga had garlic fries on the menu. But they used vegetable oil and not enough garlic.
You can cook your own and pretty simple.
Twice fried fries (1st low temp to cook softly, then high temp to crisp up the outside)
While fries are frying
-mince some garlic
-add garlic in cold saute pan with olive oil
-heat the pan up until oil and garlic begin to sizzle, then take away from heat to cool (don't cook to brown)
Once the fries are done, put in a large bowl
-add the olive oil infused with garlic drizzle over the fries and toss
-kosher salt to season
-add chop parsley
