This is scary, 2 couples found dead at Evia (daang hari) parking lot. Vomit found inside the car, police said their esophagus was burned. 2 receipts were found. Sausage McMuffin from Mcdo Macapagal Blvd and Slurpee from 7-11 Alabang.
Reminds me of the milk tea poisoning, Kung burned esophagus, I'd say the poison is liquid. Although it didn't mention kung may drinks sila from McDo. But then again, the timeline suggest na mas suspect yung Slurpee.

neither..... kung slurpy yan o mcmuffin, madaming tinamaan....
its a targetted poisoning o self poisoning.
sabi ng nilabas sa alabang bulletin ng isang taong kilala ng couple, they ingested something at the st. jerome's parish..... if this is also true, then madaming affected na tao.

Kung mcdo or slurpee, dapat marami na damay, just like what happened in surigao. Yung nalason sa durian candy.
