    True. Kumain kami sa House of Lechon nung nasa Cebu kami.. makunat na yung balat nang lechon.. sabi ko pang paksiw na to.. binalik ko.. dinayo pa kako namin to from Manila tapos yan bibigay nyo.. ayun pinalitan nang bago yung malutong..

    i think so, too.
    one has to taste them several times, under different times and conditions, to see if there is consistency in its goodness... or in its badness.

    Don daw sa Carcar market masarap at mura ang lechon..

    I googled it's 36Kms pa pala from SM Seaside City yang Carcar Market..

    Nasubukan ko na halos lahat.

    Madalas din kami nagpapadating from Cebu ng mga lechon, air shipped to clark airport. 50/50 ang malutong and makunat pagdating. Pero masarap naman lahat.

    But I still prefer our local lechon here, lasang chicharon ang skin, and lasang pork ang meat. Wala yung lasang mga herbs and spices.

    Timing din kasi dapat magpadala ng lechon from cebu sa time ng occasion. kaso pag delayed flight doon nagkakaproblema.

    Ano lagi mo order lechon sa Cebu?

    Hindi naman ako nagoorder for an occasion. Too risky nga if may flight delays.

    Palagi lang ako nakikisabay sa mga friends na biglang maisipan magpadala ng lechon. So whatever order nila, makiki +1 lang ako.

    our cebuano connection used to send over a lechon cebu via PAL,
    we just pick it up at the airport.
    i am sure, it was more delicious there, before it flew in from cebu.

    i wouldn't know if they still allow it now.

    may masarap daw na Cebu Lechon dito sa MM.. di ko pa din na try.. they're located in Sucat daw..
