    Kumusta Naman Siya?

I've got several cans of those in the ref (courtesy of my sis-in-law). but I have yet to crack them open because I'm still on abstinence. Sa new year pa ako pwede ( hopefully [emoji1696]) inom.

Last night, I tried San Miguel's latest offering : the chocolate lager.

Ok Naman siya pero di ko trip. Kind of reminds me of those bailey cocktail concoctions.

The ingredient of San Miguel Beer products were malt.
Yung father ko kasi is the operator ng bottling machine on one of their plants in the country.
Malapit din kami sa factory before so every morning, may amoy bagaso talaga near sa factory.
Yan daw yung waste product ng malt.

Not sure lately though if they are still using malt in their latest products.

Yung San Mig Premium (color green bottle) na lang yata ang pure malt.
I'm think the demand for SMB is so high, they have to find ways to produce more.
The grains ingredient's main purpose is just to be consumed by the yeast. Then the yeast produces the alcohol as by-product. Maybe the yeast's food has no much effect on the taste of the beer. I am not sure though, I am just stating what I observe. If anyone knows the explanation, please enlighten me.

I will gladly drink whatever beer is served to me, but if it were my money, I would choose something else that has the "more natural" ingredients.

Best Beer for you
