    I bought pang inihaw na baboy yesterday. Marinated it in soy sauce, salt and pepper, garlic and catsup. I'll grill it tomorrow I hope 2 days is enough for it to absorb the flavor.

    I ditch the catsup everytime nag iihaw ako ng liempo.

    You can try this marinade instead, calamansi, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and 7up. This is what i learned from the locals in Baler and Siargao.

    May nagsabi kasi sakin dito mag add daw ako catsup e haha. Next time I will try the 7 up

    Been doing this mix, too. Pero with a little sili, para me spice.

    I followed your recipe this time. But I used sprite instead of 7 up. Marinated it on Monday. I will cook on Saturday. I also poked it with tinidor as advised here
