April 6th, 2003 02:02 AM #1I know someone with a 360 Modena. He's nearing his timing belt change which will cost him anywhere between 250,00-300,000 since its an engine out job. It also has the TUBI Style exhaust, beautiful sound while I was following him along the Ayala underpass. Parang F1 talaga. Kapag malamig pa yung engine may blue flame from the exhaust tips since medyo may tira-tira pang langis, kakaaliw.
A Ferrari is a Ferrari, and if I had that much money to buy and maintain one, I would in a heartbeat. But you can't compare a house to a Ferrari. :D
But if I had to buy a sportscar and not worry about durability and maintenance costs at all, it would be a Porsche, especially since servicing nowadays is not as expensive as before, let alone to a Ferrari. In fact a Porsche's servicing requirements cost is comparable to a BMW / M-Benz. Medyo madami narin nagkalat na mga Porsche specialists in Manila so it won't be a problem servicing it.
Last, take note that people who own Ferraris own a lot of other sports / luxury cars and also own more than one P200 Million house. ;)
