October 11th, 2013 07:59 AM #22I found the problem.
Thanks for all your help guys.

Sa bolt tightening of cylinder valve cover, dapat hindi bigla, meaning, screw on by hand ang nuts, pag hindi na kaya higpit by fingers, use a box wrench, unti-unti paghigpit on all bolts, huwag tight agad para pantay ang pressure ng gasket sa contact surface, that way less incidence of leak. Same procedure when installing engine oil pan at AT oil pan, do not over tighten agad para hindi mapiga agad ang cork gasket or whatever sealant gasket you are using, retighten later pag may napansin oil stain sa edges.

October 24th, 2013 11:29 PM #26The proper way of replacing the valve cover gasket starts by cleaning the mating surfaces of old RTV residues. When placing the RTV, just place enough amount to the mating surfaces then replace the valve cover to the cylinder head. install the valve cover bolts then wait for at least 5-10mins to allow the RTV to gel up (RTV - Room Temperature Vulcanization) to promote better sealing. Torque the valve cover gasket bolts according to specs starting always from the center going out
