Any gains from whale penis intake?

It is already installed in the engine when I got a car second-hand.

It doesn't have the stock airbox anymore, and I was wondering if I want to keep that penis intake for long, since it is quite hard to find a replacement air filter (not your typical 3-inch Simota cleaner).

May gains ba yang ganyang klaseng intake tube?

Not all cone filters are lifetime. That looks like a Password intake. Might want to check that out.

Worse case scenario, order from online or go back to stock airbox.

No difference in gains as to regular sized intake tube.

Similar styles of tubing help create extra power through tuning the resonance waves in the intake.

If that's based on a brand-name tube, it should help versus a standard straight tube. If not... maybe not.

The filter head, you can get a K&N that will fit that style of tube. Don't bother with Simota... most Simota heads aren't worth the money, but their tubes are a good cheap upgrade (Simota tube + K&N head = win).
