Currently using the 0W-40 right now on a 2.7li (2TR-FE) Toyota with a Cat Con. Thinking of trying the diesel 5W-40. Is it worth the extra cost ?

0W-40 | 1000 | 1100

5W-40 TDT | 1100 | 1200

I change oil once a year only since the vehicle doesn't even exceed 2,000 kms annually.

It isn't worth it IMHO. Kunti lang difference eh. Tsaka hindi mo halos nagagamit sasakyan eh. hehe

4 liters = 1350
1 liter = 375
1 Vic Filter = 150 ---suking autoshop
labor = 300

Total = 2175 petot

kaka change oil ko lang sa civic esi ko using delo gold ultra 180 php/ltr + baldwin filter= very satisfied pumino ang tunog ng ph16 engine saka mas responsive IMO

Anyway, kung naalala niyo yung petronas na oil, sikat ata siya sa mga motor, napadaan ako sa isang motor accessories shop dito samin, puro petronas yung langis na naka display.

Change oil last October using Mobil Delvac MX + Baldwin oil filer. Malapit na mag 6 months or 4K equivalent na odo reading this coming April. Should I change oil na and filter? I switch to mobil delvac mx thinking that it would last me 10K or at least 1 year based on what I have read here.....

sir musta naman ung performance ng engine mo? ung oil ba mukhang madumi na? FC ok pa rin?

Oil, nag blackened na unlike 2-3 months of use before mdyo brownish pa kasi bago lang. FC is same with my previous mineral oil. Nag iisip nga ako kung palitan ko na next month or paabutin ko hangan october para 1 year.

hehe try mo paabutin 8 months tapos balitaan mo kami kung OK na pa rin

My mind is telling me that it could last upto 10K or 1 year. Pero kabado din ako sir.... 6 months kasi lagi OCI ko using castrol ngayon ko lang sinubukan ang mobil delvac. Anyway, bahala na.
