Mineral , semi synthetic or fully synthetic?

The last time I bought Shell Rimula X R3 from a Shell Gas Station near our village, which was last month for our GS's 15KKm PMS,- nasa P203 lang siya per liter.... Medyo mahal ang P260/L na nakita mo, bro.

sa Ace ko kasi nakita ung Rimula R3 brad. Cge, tanong ko din mismo sa Shell Gas Station kung magkano. Nalilito na ako kung ano ang bibilihin kong mineral oil.
