a stuck up engine (or seized up engine) has no symptoms. it just refuses to startup and move except for a loud clunking noise.
to test, just try to manually turn the crankshaft pulley. if the crank does not move, stuck-up na yun. an immediate answer is to put penetrating oil dun sa crankshaft.... pag tumakbo, eh di ok..... tapos tsaka mo na lang pa check kung may mga damages sa internals.
pag hindi na nakaya ng penetrating oil, depende kung overhaul o palit makina.... depende sa mga engine internals na nasira and kung walang basag ang engine block.

maybe a short jerk.. an electrical click.. then nothing.
the cause may be as simple as pistons stuck to the cylinder walls by dried lubrication... or some major and expensive parts failure..
