fierari,
sa may engine kasi galing yung sound not sure if sa engine nga pero sa loob ng hood... na conclude ko lang na galing sa engine kasi nga if i increase my speed pagdating ko ng 105 or 110 km/h doon lumalabas yung rattle sound na parang may naipit tapos pag nawawala pag below 100 km/h na isa pang conclusion na galing siya sa may engine kasi if i step the gas pedal lalong lumalakas yung sound.... advice naman sa mga technical people diyan ...
salamat in advance...

ipa check up mo agad...
dont wait for other's comments kasi hindi pa naman nila nakikita ang engine mo...you'll feel alot safer if you go to your nearest trusted mechanic.

April 23rd, 2003 06:11 AM #9If mileage is high or you suspect it's higher than shown on odometer, then check the timing belt, tensioners together with other belts.

Try to ask the mechanic to check ALL your belts (if they haven't been changed, replace mo na kaagad, including the timing belt!).
Try to ask them to examine the steering system, ingat ka dyan sa mga converted, minsan panget ang pagkagawa, lalo na kung palpak ang welding and all, delikado yan at high speeds!
Also, try mo i-rev yung engine mo (to the point where its supposed to be around 100kph) when you are stopped. Then let the mechanic check, kasi kung mat tunog ma-isolate niya kaagad yan.
