January 16th, 2017 11:12 PM #1Hey, Im having problems with a big body corolla gli with high idle (about 1500-2000 RPM engine at operating temps)
Checked the iacv, tps, map, smoke (or vape) tested for vacuum leaks. all in good order... anyone had these problems before? share naman your experiences and what you did to solve.
Thanks in advance!

bear in mind, the coolant temperature gauge sending unit is different from the coolant temperature sensor. a miscalibrated or out of bounds CTS will not show on OBDI code request from the on board diagnostic terminal adjacent to the airflow meter. you will have to check the resistance of the sensor in relation to its temperature.
