several things might be at play here, try to do/check the usual/obvious first, change if you cant remember the last time you changed the following: air cleaner, fuel filter, engine oil( you can shift to synthetics para hindi hirap sa cold start). if not then pasok na sa shop look for those that specialize your vehicle, - they have special powers and know what might be wrong with your veh simply by looking and listening hehe.

have a compression check, turbocharger checked for oil seal wear or damage. check your oil viscosity and quality.

compression test is done using an adaptor to the glow plug hole. the turbo charger can be checked at the compressor wheel if there is oil trace or accumulation. have a competent shop do these procedures
