syempre, tools are a given din. what's a service center if it doesn't have the tools to service your car?

which gasoline service centre can replace the fuel tube (going to the fuel tank)? Mine has holes due to rust that's why gasoline always spills whenever I fill up my car.

Buy the tube.
Any gasoline station should be able to replace that as long as they have a lifter.
