    nagsimula ang kwento sa oil leak galing sa possible cylinder head hasket na na warped na. tapos eto nga binuksan na, kaso nakita na ganito na mga valve

    SORRY, NAKIKITA NIYO BA PICS OR "X" LANG NAKIKITA NIYO??/ hindi ko alam kung tsikot or photobcket ang sira.. tama naman pag attach ko,kini click ko pa nga insert image sabay copy sa IMG code sa photobuckt tapos paste sa URL ng attach image icon..

    sir pag upload mo ng pics click mo yung pics na inupload mo then may makikita ka url na lima ata COPY mo yung DIRECT URL ayun ang ipast mo dito sa tsikot site
    or photo share or email mo na lang sa akin ako ang mag u-upload

    tapos bago palitan ang cylinder head gasket, eto na naman ang major new problem. general overhaul ASAP... need your tips, help mga 4d56 masters...

    makikita niyo talaga yung 4 na bore may uka na talaga, ang lalim.

    naka liners na yung block? napa-overhaul na ba yan before?

    you'll need a full overhaul kit, plus cylinder liners (4). cylinder head you can buy surplus sa mga surplusan.

    yan ang problema sa 4d56 eh... they don't last as long as the 4m40s and the isuzu engines. within 10 years of ownership magpapaoverhaul ka talaga. i've read somewhere na may fault yung design ng piston and piston rings ng engine na yan, kaya madaling mag-blowby.

    i would go for a quality engine rebuilder. mymitsu club recommends ray sarol, but i hve no contact number. maybe you can ask around mymitsu...

    isabay mo na yung calibration para bago isalpak lahat at istart tama na yung fueling system nya. too much diesel and the fuel will wash down the liner bores preventing the rings from seating properly. pag kumayod na yung rings you'll be right back where you started.

    actually, ng march 5,2009 ay 11 years old na sa amin ang adventure namin. kami 1st hand.. before naputulan na kami timing belt about 3 times na yata pero wala pang overhaul talaga (1st time pa lang ngayon).. 324,000 plus kilometers na rin to. nagsimula lang ito ng magkaroon ng leak galing cylnder head gasket, na overheat kasi to dati kaya siguro natusta yung cyl gasket.. mabuti na rin at ganun kasi nakita yung kaloob looban ng makina..

    no choice kami, general overhaul talaga.

    as of now, binabaklas na alternator etc etc, at ibababa na rin tong makina ngayong gabi..
