Hi Sirs, my ride is a Honda Odyssey '95. For the past 2 weeks, sometimes the battery and catalytic converter warning lights will go on at the same time and off after a few seconds. So far it happens when I shift from park to reverse or drive. After it goes off, it won't indicate again while driving the rest of the way. Once I start the engine again, it will show again also with the same conditions as mentioned above.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks.

Check your system voltage with the warning lights turn on or off. Sounds like your battery is nearing its demise

The built in hydrometer only monitors one cell out of six so the probability that the battery is good is1/6. A voltage test while under load is still the most reliable one
