How not to repair a Land Cruiser gauge cluster

Unit is a 2002 ex-JDM UZJ-100 with a V8 and a/t. It's a pal's rig.

Tach/Speedo/Odo are not working. Is this repairable?

Incidentally, the former owner seemed to have had problems with the fuel gauge and hacked the $hit out of it.

Any leads to a replacement cluster is appreciated.

Pwede pa namang i-repair yan as long as working yung mga piyesa, ang ginawa nung owner is nibypass nya yung flexible board.

I think the entire instrument cluster can be ordered online. I also heard that those surplus shops close to the intersection of Araneta and E. Rodriguez have plenty of landr cruiser parts so it might be worth a look.
