Any competent shop can do this. OBD II compliant cars only need ignition plugs and air filter at regular intervals. Most spark plugs installed are either platinum or iridium for longer service life usually 100,000 miles unless the engine suffered misfires sometime in the past fouling the plugs. The fuel filter if equi]ed usually are designed to be replaced at this mileage. The air filter service life is subject to how dirty the environme t is. In this case, manila is very polluted with exhaust particulates in addition to the dust.
If the MIL (malfunction indicator light) is not lit up nor flashing as the engine runs is a preliminary health check of the engine management system, meaning, it should be normal.
Most chrysler products still give you message on the MIL if you cycle the ignition key ON, OFF, ON, OFF, ON, OFF, ON within 5 seconds. If the flash is continous to ten flashes until it gives you code 55 or end of message, it is normal
