The Emgrand is no secret naman. We all know it has an underpowered 1.5L NA with a Civic/Corolla like dimensions.

They are taking too long to launch pa, naunahan pa ng Raize.

What if, same engine sa Coolray ang ilalagay sa PH variant? Same platform naman ang Emgrand at Coolray diba?

As I've said, it's no secret. 1.5L NA siya to keep the price lower.

I doubt Geely would make a special turbo model for our small market. Even in China, the Emgrand has a naturally aspirated 1.5L inline-4.

PS: The longer more upmarket Emgrand L is the one with a turbo engine (a 1.4 turbo, not the current 1.5 turbo in the Coolray sold here).
