Guys, just want to share my experiences & observations when I brought up my Cruze LT AT to Baguio. The dealer advised me to inflate my tires to 40psi, kung gusto ko ng economy, pero medyo matagtag lang daw ang ride. I didn't notice that much of a difference in the ride, that's how nice the Cruze suspension is.

Along NLEX & SCTEX, doing a steady 80kph at 6th gear, the FC computer was reading between 4.8 lits/100kms to 5.8 lits/100kms. RPM was at 1,300, very economical nga. Iba talaga ang Ecotec engine. But it was difficult to maintain that speed, because the car was so quiet & smooth, I barely noticed I was doing 95kph to 100kph. At a short stretch I hit 120kph, but I backed off, baka mahuli for overspeeding.

Handling was superb for a car it's size. When other cars slow down due to rough roads, the Cruze just soaks it up. Highway overtaking was effortless, just a slight pressure on the accelerator & the car jumps. Sarap.

Going up Marcos Highway, the car handled well & had power to spare even when overtaking slower vehicles on an incline. For an 1800cc engine, it has loads of power. I even had to turn off the aircon compressor a couple of times, kasi ang lamig!

I very happy with my Chevy Cruze.

Cruze LS kasi ang isa sa choice ko as my first car (the other is Lancer EX GLX or GLS) and I will use it as my daily ride back & forth sa Makati & Marikina.

Don't feel bad, lokar. Ako nga from where I stay isn't as hot as down south. Pero kpag maaraw, and medyo nababad sa init yung cruze. Ang setting ko na is coldest sa thermostat and 2 sa fan. Otherwise naiinitan ako. But after a while balik ko na rin sa 1 or adjust themostat kasi lumalamig na masyado. Sa akin kasi as long as lumalamig, and hnde maingay yung fan, ok na. No need for it to be on minimum setting.
