Iseway Motors will distribute cars from Chery Autombiles China. The showroom will be located in Buendia (at the ground floor of DTI and right beside the Intelectual Property Office [IPO]). I find it kinda ironic. hehehhehe

Hey that's great news!
I hope they sell the chery QQ for under 200K... Suzuki Alto will be in a ton of trouble if they do that.
The chery QQ is the same as the Chevy Spark, so yes, it is tiny, but should be good as a second (really cheap car) or entry-level brand-new car. Don't know about long-term reliability though.. the ones I saw in China were all hideous smoke-belchers..

June 2nd, 2007 02:58 PM #10good news to, maski mababa ang safety rating ng QQ, pero with the traffic dito saten, parang pwede nato as a dedicated city car.
In my opinion, Instead of recycling kei cars, Norkis philippines na lang sana nag assemble and distribute nito, since they are quite dedicated sa lower segment ng market. May factory na sila as well as distribution network.
If they can price it around 250k, sigurado papatok ito
