    Adapting to this new (WFH) work scheme/style....

    Pushing it to be effective but still, inefficient.

    To resolve issues,- you have to work very fast and be very patient....

    Many meetings are needed to get things properly orchestrated and everyone in-sync with the strategy.

    Still, in spite of that, people will hear what they like to hear. Just too many characters in the comfort of their outposts.

    minsan parang naisip ko, sana di ko nalang dinalhan ng PC sa bahay yun ibang officemate ko eh
    hanggang ngayon ba naman, umiiwas parin sa trabaho LOL

    May WFH tools nga,- ayaw namang makipag-cooperate sa mga action plans to keep the business afloat... Naknang talaga...

    naging concern ko naman talaga yun totally mawalan sila source of income, 2nd month kasi ECQ bro 50% nalang sweldo sagot ng company namin. pagdating ng May 2020 bro 30% nalang (may mga nagreklamo pa dito).
    at alam ko marami sa kanila bro wala savings, as in literal isang kahig isang tuka. ang masaklap lang sila yun medyo magulang sa trabaho LOL
    samantala ako napaaga uwi after wfh deployment naisip ko pa mag deskwork ng konti, pinagalitan pako boss ko dahil yun nalang daw pahinga ko at baka magkasakit pa daw.

    Very well said CVT. It is worse situation

    but happy to do WFH at the moment ksai malapit na winter dito sa Australia.

    Starting this week pay cut na rin kami, from 10% to 30% for to 3 months.
