    Do a combination.

Re: sa UITF or mutual funds halos same lang din naman yan in the end, pero read up on cost averaging. Bali hindi isang bagsakan yung pasok mo, pero every month may pinapasok ka. This is to avoid 'catching' the market when it is high and ready for a drop.

With regads to real estate investing, I’m working kasi on MM, but I live in province with my parents. Where do you think should I look to invest, sa MM or on my hometown? Sa MM kasi, I do not have any plans to settle in one location yet as I am job hoping to different CBD (Makati, Ortigas, BGC, Eastwood)

No. 3, low yield, fund parking and easy to liquidate once you find a better investment.

matutulog pera mo sa condo. At 2million hanggang studio to 1bedroom. 10thou to 15thou lang kikitain nyan.

Invest mo sa fruit farm yan bandang quezon or batangas. May malaki lote ka na at kumikita ka pa. Pero dapat meron ka mapagkakatiwalaan sa ganyan.

Thanks for the idea, I’ll add it on the choices. Paano ba kumikita yun? If ever I purchased a fruit farm, then what? Would I hire farmers or ipaparent ko rin sa iba? Can you please tell more details

And also, in case of townhouse, marami bang family or workers ang naghhanap ng townhouse for rent lalo na if nasa medyo malayong lugar? In short, is there a demand in townhouse for rent? I’m pretty sure kasi na maraming bedspacer ang naghahanap pag condo then malapit sa place of work nila. Pero un nga, sobrang liit ng return. And ROI is also too long. Pero not sure sa townhouse

mag-travel ka around the world, say 30 days US, 60 days Europe, saka tig 1 week sa Japan Korea , then 5 days each sa Singapore at HK

then pag kaya pa get the Mediterranean trip: Turkey, Greece, Jerusalem

wag ka na mag-invest gastusin mo dyan ahat sigurado lamang ka kahit kanino nag-iinvest ngaun

Rentals...oversaturated coz of the influx of new condos...if 2m is your budget, chk the roi 1st..when doing research, always do the numbers ng worst case scenario...we used to rent out bedspaces in espana in 70s and 80s, female/students only, its a hit or miss..ill give you a tip...there is a condo being built infront of lasalle dasma, pre selling sila ngayon..
