I am a regular buyer in lazada for the past 5 years or more. I dont see it as unfair to the merchant or to the rider if I avail of what is legally allowed and offered by lazada as part of its business model. It is entirely a different story though if one is gullible enough to order on a whim and changes his mind the next minute.

... if merchants priced their products lower ... there would be lesser cancellations and more orders ...
