    stupid allocation of resources... minsan nakakapagtataka kung nasaan ba talaga ang utak ng mga tao... is it everyone mali or is it just me? oh well, who cares carebears...

    I don't believe they only recovered P11 million, it just means a lot of money that's supposed to be collected went to the pockets of those who were supposed to catch the tax cheats.
