    Same, tutal ang suweldo ng head niyan sinasabi nila eh pinapareho naman sa private companies daw eh, kawawa yung karamihan ng miyembro. Mas marami ang member ng SSS kesa GSIS. 41M vs 2.2M. Sayang yung contributions nung private sector members.

    Mas malaki naman contri sa GSIS, pero mas malaki din kasi sahre ng Gov't vs sa public servant whereas sa private, same share. Tsaka may cap sa SSS, sa GSIS wala, based sa AMS mo. Dapat standard na lang para fair imho.

    there was this scandal in SSS.
    it seems, the SSS top honchoes voted huge salaries and bonuses to themselves...

    Yes doc. Sa suweldo nila, you would expect them to perform better. Kaso gov't employees eh, yugn security of tenure sobrang naaabuso. Hindi pwede ganyan sa private, lagi at talagang ini-implement KPI's, KRA's etc.

    When it comes to government employees, only BSP and DTI have my respect. Pero BSP ang hirap pumasok, palakasan din

    Mapulitika din sa DTI, tsaka sad sa kanila naprepressure din, halos walang ngipin. Pero naging matino nga sistema nila simula nung nahawakan ni Mar.
