Same thing happened to me. I think there is a cut-off time. The second package probably didn't make the cut-off time so the first package was dispatched without the second package. Remember, yours is not the only package the rider will deliver.

apparently there are several delivery hubs in my vicinity. so that means my epektuses go straight to me from wherever my packages are forwarded to , hence the differing delivery times.

to those who regularly follow long-term their prices, the practice is easily recognized.
but to the vast majority who are, i daresay, impulse buyers, "they have nary a clue."

In fairness, may savings pa rin due to voucher discounts and free shipping amount.
Although, it would have been great if they haven't increased the price.

Agree with this. There are vouchers like 12%-15% off with a minimum buy amount. I just add them into my cart then buy them during the sale which usually run for 5 days. I buy those items that do not offer free shipping during the sale period. I'm after the vouchers, no longer the "discounts" on the items.

Of course the bottomline is what matters, I just stated the fact that this is the first time I saw an item in my cart increase in price right before a sale. Like you, I also put things in the cart and wait to checkout on sale, but also, I want it all, discount, voucher and free shipping

But I need to retract this comment.
Dami ng overprice at kahit i apply mo yung 1k voucher, P1k din tinaas ng price before the sale.
Its not a good time to spent on the same month/day sale na.

I was planning to buy DDPAI Z50 dashcam sana.
Price niya ngayon is 8k, 7k if with voucher.
Before the sale, 7k lang to at may around 800-1k voucher which you can get at 6k w/voucher.

And then when I searched this product last 12/2023, it was 5k lang pala.
Grabe ang tinaas.

Anyone bought the same dashcam but not from lazmall/shopee mall?
May ibang seller na mas cheaper than 1k price nila pero medyo questionable mga reviews kasi.
Wala akong nakitang nagpost ng reviews in Filipino language.
