Hit or Miss ang Shein. Mostly 3 out of 5 clothes ang maganda, but then with the price, I am happy already. I know people that avoid Shein because of ethical concerns. Shein is accused of copying designs, labor exploitation, environmental issues (fast fashion) etc.

I buy casual or trendy clothes from them, but for the classics I don't because of the quality issue (can't expect much for the price) Recently I got so mad at my Mom when I found out that she gave away my blazers/suits because it won't fit me naman daw, e I invested on those clothes I looked for a blazer at Shein but even the most expensive ones hindi maganda bagsak IMO. They even have blazers WITHOUT LINING and fake pockets.

UF is in the fashion industry so she points out to me what to look for like yung cut, lining, allowance, buttons etc. Also for patterned clothes (eg stripes) dapat aligned

Most of the time inaabot ako umaga browsing Shein

I go down one size smaller..

I was at the mall (Rockwell) last Saturday and I saw at LEAST 3 women wearing Shein dresses LOL! Shein has tons of designs but I couldn't be wrong with the cut and design. It makes me wonder how many more are wearing Shein that I did not recognize. When I was still working I set myself a clothing budget, I'd be able to buy so much in Shein compared to before.

Shein churns out more than 6000 designs daw each day.

Also, ang bilis mag-return sa Shein. Pickup at your door steps.

    It's 6000 items per day ... could be 6 designs x 1000 ... or 60 designs x 100 ...

we can probably use similar analogy with other consumer clothing goods.
adidas shoes, nike shoes, seiko watch, rolex (in select vistas, of course), etc.
    heh heh.

    seriously,
    personally,
adidas stan smiths and select watches are two items i consciously keep a look out for, in the malls (and in the Worship Hauses).

I wasn't looking out for Shein. Those brands that you mentioned are household names for decades already and usually have their brand on their items. Shein is an extremely new Chinese brand and yet it's everywhere already.

PLUS Shein does NOT have its brand written on its clothing and yet I was able to recognize the dresses - it's that popular.

    my point was,
"you're not the only one paying attention to fashion."

Well my point is Shein has TONS of design and it does NOT have a brand written on its clothes yet I recognized it because it's all over already.

I don't even consider Shein fashion, it's just a website where you buy cheap clothing where quality is a hit or miss.

Have you even shopped at Shein? Ine explain ko nga how Shein is. You can't compare it to other popular brands by 1st world countries.

Maganda talaga fabric ng Lacoste. May polo shirt Daddy ko, literally from the 80s buhay pa though it faded na. Hindi ma appreciate ng ibang tao ang quality, like si Kags na ayaw sa Lacoste. Pinaka gusto ko color in men yung parang powder blue

Hindi maganda yung blazers/coats ng Shein for women because I want mine to have lining and thicker fabric para maganda bagsak. I am willing to pay more pero puro unlined, and I hate fake pockets. Yung shoes curious ako pero ang hirap sumugal kasi iba iba size ng paa ko depende sa brand. Nasa 1k minimum e malaki pa naman paa ko so pag di kasya I can't give it away

I can't stay away from Shein because it's so cheap and convenient and they do have clothes na good quality na for the price. I have Shein dresses where I got a lot of compliments. Di nila alam P500 lang hahaha
