    kags, look at this 77M 540 sq m near Tomas Morato, isn't this a steal? Wala nga lang sa loob ng village but the location is super convenient, saka ang ayoko nakasagad yung structure sa lot, walang eskenita at backyard. But I guess people will buy it for the lot and not the structure

    if yung location malayo sa maingay na tomas morato eh ok yan residential living.

    Kung nasa side street ng tomas yung inner talaga yung malayo sa commercial, wag yung sa scout ralyos...etc yung mga bungad agad kasi maingay jan. Nagagalit na kaya mga nakatira jan kasi mga commercial tenants kasi mga customer dinoudouble parking sa gate or nag-iidle eh mausok yan. Eh gaso engine nga nakakainis na pag 5minutes nakatambay what more pa desel.

    Late 90s pa ko huling nakapunta sa Antipolo, sa vacation house ng friend ko, layong layo ako at hindi ko talaga kaya i drive. Bakit kaya favorite ng online realtors ang Sun Valley, Antipolo. I wonder when this was developed and who is the developer. May maliliit pala talaga na cuts pero mukhang malaki

    Si Zandro "no problem" ewan ko bakit natutuwa ako panoorin haha

    maganda kasi talaga pagkagawa sa loob as in ang luwag-luwag very very very low density. Ako una nagpost dito tsikot about sunvalley. Eh alam mo naman ako gusto ko konti tao pero walang tollgate.

    Low density din naman sa Makati at walang toll gate Wala lang talagang view na bundok/greenery. Ang view mo buildings sa CBD or MRT

    Being between EDSA and C5 is EXACTLY why I like where I live now. That's a good thing, not a bad thing. And prices reflect that - BGC, Kalayaan, Kapitolyo, Ortigas, Green Meadows. If only the -embos had wider streets, super tataas din value dun.

    Convenient at tahimik naman pero maalikabok nga lang saka mainit somehow, yung friend ko malapit sa main road grabe alikabok kahit nakasara lahat ng bintana.

    Natutuwa nga ko sa YouTube, ngayon ko lang na appreciate Antipolo (at ibang lugar)
