20%? woaaa! that's big bucks.
well just to share with you guys. nag invest din sa lending company si wifey before. coz her friend is one of the top officers of said lending co. the initial that her friend required her was 50k, earning 7% a month. may post dated checks na binigay sa kanya with the monthly interest na. it actually went well. yun nga lang bumaba na ng 5%/mo ang interest when wifey invested 100k. tapos hindi na nagpa renew yung friend nya after the last investment.
in short hindi naman sya naloko on that investment. thank God!

mahirap kasi magtiwala ngayon, lalo na ang hirap ng buhay. yung 20% medyo doubtful...
