Robinsons Specialty Stores, Inc. (exclusive franchisee of Topshop, Topman, Dorothy Perkins and Wallis) is currently in need of Merchandisers. Below are the responsibilities of and requirements for the said position:



Responsibilities

Developing and understanding the role of merchandise distribution, replenishment and transfers
Monitoring deliveries and stock levels in distribution centers and stores, controlling intake and ensuring deliveries match orders
Reporting and analyzing sales figures
Constantly coordinating with the principal to ensure that the local market is understood and satisfied
Developing and implementing effective markdown and promotional strategies
Creating strategies to help build the brand or contribute to its growth
Developing and maintaining sound administration systems
Frequent store visits to ensure that retail standards are being met
Requirements

Female, not more than 28 years old
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
With at least one year work experience related to purchasing, retail or inventory management
Proficient in MS Office
With good communication and analytical skills
Must be willing to work in Libis, Quezon City
Advantages

At least 1 year experience in Fashion Merchandising
Good command of both written and spoken English
Highly proficient in MS Excel
