May inooffer sa akin na equity fund ang rate ngayon 0.8650. Wala ako kaalam-alam dito dahil im into basic barter trade old school. Ano dapat alamin ko dito?

guys, any idea sa tether cryptocurrency, kung ok ba mag invest? a friend of mine is asking me to invest here. pero hindi ko pa na research gaano.

Tether is crypto equivalent for USD (USDT).
Hindi magfluctuate value nito kasi naka tie up to dollar.
Unless i trade mo to other crypto.

I don't see any point why investment siya if you just park your money in USDT.

tether (USDT) is a stablecoin

it's pegged to the dollar 1:1

they claim to have dollar equivalent in the bank backing every tether but there are doubts about that

like do they really have 62 billion dollars in the bank to back 62 billion tethers?

anyway... tether is the most popular stablecoin

other examples: USD Coin (USDC), True USD (TUSD)

yep with interest rates so low everywhere... even junk bonds are yielding below 4%

crypto is attracting yield-hunters

Better to park funds in USDC compared to USDT ... Tether has some issues regarding their USD backing ...

Yes, it's best for crypto investors to stay away from USDT. A considerable portion of the systematic risk in crypto is actually the unsystematic risk of tether.

as long as few investors decide to get their money back (+interest) they can fulfill that no problem

but if a lot of investors decide to get out at the same time diyan magkakaproblema
