    I'm more favorable of an Ayala-Ortigas partnership, since sometimes SM projects lack quality/taste.

    Natuwa ako sa pangyayari na ito.

    Majority ng customer sa greenhills eh chinese pero ayaw ko ng sm ambience.

    Hindi magaling ang sm pag dating sa nature.

    With this much money at stake and the massive profit potential with the sale/redevelopment of Greenhills, it is not surprising that SM group will keep on looking for ways to purchase a controlling share.

    A myself prefer the development style of ayala land vs SM. Bland SM eh except for MOA.

    kahit ganu kamahal ang ortigas susugal sila kasi coz they know the net income of ortigas properties

    yun BASECO compound nalang sana bilhin nila hahahaha
