    Ano na po now going / hiring rate sa mekaniko kung iemploy ng company for motorpool?

    Mostly trucks like 10W wing van, forward 6W trucks..

    That depends on the skill level of the mechanic IMHO. The more skilled, the higher the pay grade.

    Yep Lalo na yung pang radical na talent almost twice na singil sa clients but they still go there dahil sa caliber ng gawa nila.

    May nakausap ako na mechanic from Bulacan. Nasa 25k yata chief mechanic. Dapat magaling na.

    Yung all around mechanic namin sa province gets 18K, he does all the repair work for trucks and tractors.

    pag mechanic helper much lower than 18k. parang nasa 12k lang yata pag helper.

    Ano naman sa tignin ninyo ang dapat i offer sa mechanic na may experience magbaklas ng exotic cars (Porsche, Ferarri, etc). Experience nya yun sa Dubai nung nag work sya dun...

    Again that depends on his skill level. If he knows how to use diagnostic equipment, big plus yun.

    Yeah, we just have one mechanic, and 2 helpers.

    Yan ang mahirap pag in house ang talyer. Sa work ko, naka outsourced and logistics and distribution. Para iwas sakit ng ulo na. Pag absent palang driver tapos na araw mo. In your case naman, ayaw kumilos ng mga mechanic niyo. So delayed buong supply chain.


    Anyway, BTT, kung nasanay sa special projects yung mga tao niyo, mahihirapan kayo alisin yan. Parang naging tradition na e. Baka pwede maging basis for terminaation yan since ayaw na gawin yung mga basic na gawain.
