Bad trip na OK din itong BPI phone banking. Mahigpit sa security questions, kahit ako na card owner bumabagsak. [emoji23]

Ang hirap lang eh 20 minutes ka maghihintay sa phone then pag nagkamali ka ng sagot eh end call then tawag ulit and wait again for 20 minutes.

You really need to clarify their questions and have your banking app ready to view your transaction logs para accurate.

pinag-iisipan ko mag-apply yung no annual fee bale non-earning points. Pero gusto ko may extra-security features na maliit lang transaction per day may limit lang.
