April 8th, 2018 08:52 PM #1Hi guys, hihingi lang sana ako ng advice kung saan ba magandang i-invest ang 2M pesos?
I’m 28 years old with no own family yet
1. Buy a pre-selling town house (but medyo nasa malayong places) then ipa rent.
2. Buy a pre-selling condo then flip it once turnovered
3. Invest in mutual funds- with the past years, almost 20% yung return
4. Invest in UITF
5. Buy franchise
6. Buy a studio unit condo then start iparent
7. Just let it sit in a bank pa rin. My parents once told me na wag padalos dalos to invest
8. Invest in fruit farm
9. Any other opinions?
btw, I’ll be investing single handedly (without any partners) so I’m not sure if franchise is for me since it requires na nakafocus ka sa business (correct me if I’m wrong). I also have full time job and plans to career shift in the future so my monthly income might deeply decrease. With the 2M I have, I want to somehow generate more income aside from just letting sit it in the bank.

April 8th, 2018 09:21 PM #3Id go for 1 or 2 depending in the location. Real estate is much safer than your other choices imho. There is capital appreciation and rental returns. #6 am not so hot for because there is a glut of studio units. Get a 2 or 3br or the townhouse.

April 8th, 2018 09:58 PM #6Do a combination.
Re: sa UITF or mutual funds halos same lang din naman yan in the end, pero read up on cost averaging. Bali hindi isang bagsakan yung pasok mo, pero every month may pinapasok ka. This is to avoid 'catching' the market when it is high and ready for a drop.

April 8th, 2018 10:01 PM #7With regads to real estate investing, I’m working kasi on MM, but I live in province with my parents. Where do you think should I look to invest, sa MM or on my hometown? Sa MM kasi, I do not have any plans to settle in one location yet as I am job hoping to different CBD (Makati, Ortigas, BGC, Eastwood)

No. 3, low yield, fund parking and easy to liquidate once you find a better investment.

Invest mo sa fruit farm yan bandang quezon or batangas. May malaki lote ka na at kumikita ka pa. Pero dapat meron ka mapagkakatiwalaan sa ganyan.
