Mga boss, balak kasi ng mom ko pati ako na magtayo ng carwash. Sarili naming lupa so hindi kami magrerent. Ask ko lang mga expert opinion niyo kung okay pa ba to as business? Medyo business minded naman nanay ko kahit papano. Hehe
yung place pala sa moonwalk, pque. TIA!

Is there competition near your place? I remember seeing a Clean Habit in that area (someone correct me if I'm wrong).
Have you conducted a feasibility study?
Also, what would make your car wash different from the others?

Well ngayon palang ako magconduct. Im on my way there. Competition around the area parang wala pa naman. Siguro sa ibang village. My mom is thinking of putting up a chill place para sa mga owners/drivers na maghihintay eh like free coffee (coffee addict kasi) iced tea, ganun, free wifi w/c is common nadin, plano niya din cignal hd ilagay sa tv. Ayun balak niya.

Just go for it, magkano Lang naman puhunan diyan, no need for feasibility study. First Wala ka na rental so advantage mo na yun Sa competitors kung meron man. Lower your price tiklop agad kalaban mo pag meron silang hinahabol na rental
We are not talking about million of pesos para mag start ng carwash business, Kung malugi ok Lang it's not gonna cripple your finances.
Start now canvass ka na ng mga gamit etc then permit and open that damn business!
Lalong walang mangyayari kung scout scout pa ng competition, feasibility study kuno. What feasibility study you need for a carwash business? Anong mahirap Sa carwash?

saw two car wash along armstrong st. halos mag katabi sila, malapit sa gate location nila.
advantage mo is that you own the place, dont know about the other two kung nag re-rent sila,
now yun potential client mo...... medyo konti dumadaan dyan so most of your client will be resident of moonwalk

advantage na sila Sa moonwalk eh Wala ng rent, it's very easy to kill the competitors, if they are renting mahihirapan sila tapatan yun price mo, lower your price na iiyak yun mga kalaban..

SIMULAN MO NA SAYANG YUNG ARAW NA TUMATAKBO! btw, parehas pala tayo ng plano, kaibahan nung akin mag-rerent ako, as in bakanteng lote talaga (puro talahib pa nga e) actually on development na yung loteng uupahan ko, ako na ang gumastos for the development of the site then nagkaroon kami ng lease contract nung lessor. Advantage mo na yan pare, wala na kayong rent, yung tubig at kuryente gasino na lang yun.
