How does one become a licensed real estate agent/broker in the Philippines? Are there any schools or training certification/programs available and which ones are in the best ranks?

Real estate industry in RP is booming? Just look around major cities around the country and ask who would buy/lease those property spaces? Here in the US, there are a lot of our creative and adventurous country mates (from RP) who come over and do roadshow presentations of some very enticing property investments. They are making a killing as a lot of pinoys here in America are very much interested in placing their excess dollars into good use.
