Ang mahirap sa graveyard shift is the availability of transportation going to Makati especially between 12MN to 4AM. I prefer working grayard kasi mas walang traffic going to work at 9PM and going home at 6AM. When I started working for a call center 5 years ago puro mga Lasalista and Atenista yun mga kasama ko, now, wala na mahanap na qualified applicants because of the number of call centers that opened. Ok din kasi the salary is one of the main differentiator and dun naglaban laban mga call center companies. That's good for the employees. Tsaka dami na pulis ngayon nag papatrol sa Makati during graveyard to protect the night workers.
