Anybody knows what has happened to BDO Securities?

I cannot access my account. But I can access BDO Online Banking so tama username and password ko.

Tried calling(no operator assistance) and email but no response.

What else can I do?

you have to change your password with the BDO Online Mobile App, not the desktop website, to access BDO Sec

They sent an email about it around two weeks ago but mine just got filtered along with all the BDO Sec emails

Never received an email about it.
