buy property and go faming. hindi na-babangga, hindi naca-carnap. hindi pollutant.

It's not that easy though. You have to be hands on or have someone you completely trust otherwise iisahan or mananakawan ka talaga.

Yan ang uso ngayon sa influencers/vloggers/showbiz, ipagyabang "farm" nila. Samin sa probinsiya we just call it what it is niyogan, palayan, lansonesan, babuyan, manukan etc. Some families have been living off of agri land for centuries, nobody bothered with it naman.

I hate when these people make things uso

from what i heard,
the land reform program had good intentions.
alas, it had lousy "user support".
