It looks like the search for the 2011-2012 Car of the Year - Philippines (COTY-P) is off to a good start! Over a dozen of Philippine's motoring journalists gathered last Sunday, 11 September 2011, at the All Terra Cyclery, located in the Ortigas Home Depot complex.
As one might recall, Car of the Year testings are done in two phases. The first phase, as we had done and will continue for the next few Sundays, is the subjective testing, where cars are judged by their looks, feel, and performance subjectively based on the tester’s experience as motoring media. The second phase is the technical test, where cars are tested on acceleration, braking, and handing to produce objective numerical data....
