REGISTRATION Details



Show Particulars:

* The event will feature Car Show, Motorcycle Show and Sound Pressure Level competition (Db Drag/Db Sport). Minor features will include car club eyeball, vehicle exhibits and product demos from our sponsors.
* The registration period will begin on February 1, 2009. Reservation of slots can be made with full payment of the registration fee. Walk-in entries will also be accommodated on the day of the event. Registrations can be arranged by contacting the specified organizers.
* The parking slots will be 2.5 x 4 meters and will be on a first come first served basis.
* Ingress time is from 9:00AM to 3:00PM. Additional Php 1,000.00 for late Ingress after 3:00pm.
* Product demos, promotion and sales are strictly limited to show co-presentors, major and minor sponsors subject to the approval of the show organizers.



Entry Fees and Passes:

* Entry fees are Non Refundable unless entry is refused by the show officials/organizers
* No maximum number of entries.




CAR Division Competitors

Entry Fee of Php 2,000.00 per car (maximum of 4 categories)
Additional category = Php 500.00



Motorcycle Division Competitors

Entry fee of Php 1,000.00 per motorcycle



Db Drag / Db Sport Competitors

Entry Fee of Php 1,500.00 per category
Additional Php 500.00 per upgrade category



Car/Motorcycle Exhibitors (Demo only)

Entry Fee of Php 1,000.00 per car
Entry fee of Php 700.00 per motorcycle

* Show participants/exhibitors are given 2 guest passes / stubs per vehicle
* Php 20.00 Entrance Fee for Guests

Db Drag Mechanics:
Amplifiers are rated based on total wattage at 4 ohms stereo and/or 4 ohms mono

For generic class, generic amps are classified at SRP of Php 3,500.00 below

Db Sport Mechanics:
8” subwoofer = 1 subwoofer

10” subwoofer = 2 subwoofers

12” subwoofer = 3 subwoofers

15” subwoofer = 4 subwoofers

18" subwoofer will be classified as 17 subwoofers above



Judging:

All awards except for the SPL Competition (Db Drag, Db Sport) will be based on the scores from a panel of judges, all of whom will be experts in the field of motor sports and auto shows.

Score sheets for SQ division will be returned to competitors

Do not leave your vehicle unattended during judging.

The judges’ decision/scores are final.
