Pwede naman po.
Lumang batas na itong inemplement nila. You can install auxiliary driving lamps at the same height or lower than your normal headlights. Those who have roof mounted auxiliary lights does require special permits that the vehicle is occassionally used in provincial roads wherein road light is inadequate. Thus giving the vehicle and driver exemption, but they cannot in any form of manner use roof mounted lights on city streets. Even the use of foglight mounted equally or lower than your headlights on city streets is forbidden by the law.Last edited by Ungas; April 14th, 2004 at 10:34 PM.
